Registration Fees                          

Hotel/Travel

The 2024 National Convention will be hosted at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. All convention registrants are required to stay at the host hotel.

Scholarships 

National Convention scholarships, in the form of registration fee waivers, will be awarded to current Women Leaders in Sports members who demonstrate a need for financial assistance. Applicants must complete the application form (available on June 21, 2023), which may require submission of an essay to be considered. In order to give those applicants not selected for a scholarship the chance to register during the early-pricing window, the deadline to apply for a scholarship is Friday, July 21st, 2023 at 5pm.

*Please note that if you apply for a scholarship during the early-bird period we will still honor that $ rate for you if selected. All scholarship recipients will be notified no later than July 26th.

Payment

Women Leaders in Sports accepts credit card or checks (personal or institutional) as payment for National Convention registration. For check payment, please complete the registration as instructed, then select the "pay later" option on the payment page. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you. Checks may be mailed to the Women Leaders National Headquarters: 1919 Baltimore Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64108. All checks MUST be received within 30 days of the date of invoice or else your registration will be forfeited. 

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations requests must be received by September 29th, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. CST and are subject to a $75.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after September 29, 2023, nor will they be given for no-shows, no exceptions. You may request a refund by emailing Megan Cairns by September 29, 2023.

To cancel or adjust hotel room reservations, please contact the hotel directly. Hotel cancellation policy requires guests to cancel by 4pm local time 72 hours before arrival to avoid penalty fee of 1 nights' room and tax.

In order to take advantage of the discounted member pricing, your membership must be current and active. When registering online for the Women Leaders in Sports National Convention, you will also be given the opportunity to renew your membership. Not sure if your membership is current?
